Kimora Lee Simmons (née Perkins; born May 4, 1975) is an American fashion model, and former president and Creative Director for Phat Fashions. Simmons was born in St. Louis, Missouri. The Federal University of Technology, Akure was last Friday thrown into pandemonium as a large number of staff were dismissed, appointments terminated, others demoted and some warned. Don't ask me, but the situation on examination turned out that a gross number of Junior staff were found to have falsified their submitted results and certificates (all for appointments and promotions o). Some others had their appointments terminated for forgery too. Guess what? Another sad one...some Unionist were also sent off while others were issued serious warnings. Funmi walks into the office this beautifully bright Monday morning, all ecstatic and in high spirit (she seems to have put behind her the activities of the past week over the weekend). Just when she is trying to settle in, another tasking, time bound assignment is thrown her way with expectation of immediate response. She swings into action and begins to put together yet another article to be published. The office is so tensed with the inflow of clients and voices everywhere(picture a typical media outfit with everyone talking at almost the same time)so Funmi is confused and losses concentration. Its 3.39am and a very tired Funmi is woken by the thought of children crying repeatedly (seriously, continuous cry is killing) but am gonna help tell the story (my business you know). How does a well fed kid cry in the morning? takes a bath, haves a nap, wakes in tears, has another meal, plays a short while, resumes crying, sleeps again for a shorter while than done in the morning, wakes in tears again, refuses food and expects to be carried while standing all night... who does that??? My fascination? they never seem to have headaches as the routine for some of them is stable. For real, do they have to cry so hard to get anything? arrrrrrgh!
